Challenges:
Working on a confined CBD site means always ensuring appropriate traffic management is in place when required; and minimising noise, dust and public disturbance.
Ensuring that the existing circa 1940’s building and its construction were brought up to current code.
Success:
Delivering a very high-level finish, bringing new life to an old building.
Proportion of Resources:
Robinson Construction delivered the Overall Project Management, and the traditional Concrete, Carpentry and Finishing trades.
Using subcontractors for Structural Steel, Roofing, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical Services, Joinery and Painting.
